Source and freshness
The application is built from the FAA's downloadable Releasable Aircraft database. The dashboard displays the snapshot date in its summary cards; FAA records can change after that date.
Responsible use
The underlying public files include registrant information. Search results are deliberately paginated and there is no bulk-export endpoint. Confirm consequential facts with the FAA registry itself.
What is included
Current aircraft registrations are joined to FAA aircraft reference information for manufacturer and model details. Historical deregistration, dealer, reserved-number, engine, and document-index files are retained in the database for future bounded features but are not exposed as bulk datasets.
